Refund and Returns Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, You must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or used, with all tags attached.

We strive to provide high quality products and services to our customers. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we allow returns and refunds in accordance with the terms below:

1.You may request a replacement for your purchase within 30 days of the order ship date for either of the following two reasons:

1) We sent the wrong item (It is hardly happened).

2) The item received is damaged in transit (Occasionally).

2.Please submit your exchange or refund request by contacting our customer support email, we will stand on our customer’s point of view and try our best to provide a perfect solution.We will send it to your return address and we will issue you a full refund as soon as we receive your return. If you choose to exchange, we will resend the included to replace the faulty package.

3.For large bulk orders, we may ask that you return samples of the wrong/damaged item along with the remaining items.

4.All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if returning right items for a refund.

5.If it is not for our product issue, we will not bear the shipping cost or other charges.You will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.

6.All products should be returned to the return address we have provided to you, which is a requirement for you to receive a full refund, unless we agree that you can keep the package without paying the fee.



If you initiate a refund request within 24 hours before our product has been shipped, we will cancel the order for you and issue a full refund immediately to the payment method you used to pay in our store. If you request a refund after the package has been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot arrange a full refund immediately. Even if you initiate a dispute request with the payment provider,we will submit our proof of shipment for fair and impartial arbitration.

But we will still reserve the right for you to get a full refund. Wait for you to receive the package and send it to our return address as it is. After we receive the package, we will check it as soon as possible and arrange a refund for you immediately after confirming that it is correct.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,

  • You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or used items cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping fees will be paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping carrier and retaining the tracking information for your records.
  • All returns must be shipped to our company address provided at the time of purchase.
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after we receive the return at our warehouse.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.



We provide the friendliest exchange policy for our customers. If there is a problem with the delivered product due to us, we will provide our customers with a free replacement at no cost to you. All shipping costs incurred will be borne by us. If the exchange is not at our will, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

Once your replacement request is received, our QC team will check it, please provide the pictures of the product you received, we will also make a backup when the product is sent out. Once we agree to your exchange request, we will send you a new package for free, and we will do a more stringent inspection at this step to ensure the best product delivered to you. No need to wait for you to return our product, we can send you a new package right away because we want our customers to love our products.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provided you in the email.If the return is not caused by us,you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
