Processing Time

All packages will be inspected before shipment, this is normal order processing time.Our dedicated team will conducting a thorough quality check on all items included in your order. 

We will process your order as soon as possible based on your purchase list and order requirements to deliver it to you as quickly as possible. For regular items, if there is sufficient inventory, it will take about 2 days to process the order.
For products that require coordinated inventory and customized products (for example, shoe sizes EU45 and EU46 need to be customized), a longer order processing time will be required, generally speaking, around 5 working days.

We will list the order processing time required for each product in about 1 day, and communicate with you to determine the delivery plan.We kindly request your patience during this time as we want to ensure that your items are in perfect condition before they are shipped.


Shipping Time

We wanted to take a moment to provide you with important information regarding the delivery process of your order. As we use international express parcels for shipping, there are certain procedures and timelines involved in ensuring a smooth delivery experience.

Once your order is shipped, it will be transported by plane to the customs of the country where it is destined. Upon completion of the customs clearance process, your package will be handed over to the local delivery service provider for final delivery. The time required for this process varies depending on the shipping method chosen.

For packages using Free Shipping, it usually takes approximately 7-10 days for the package to be cleared from customs and handed over to the local delivery service provider. The average delivery time for the package is around 7-15 days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and in some cases, slight delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

For packages using Fast Express, the customs clearance process is typically completed within 3-5 days after the package is sent. The average delivery time for these packages is about 5-7 days, providing a faster shipping option.

Once the customs clearance is completed and the package is handed over to the local delivery service provider, you will be able to track the real-time delivery information of your package using the tracking number (Please note: information updates will only occur once the package is handed over to the local delivery service provider. There will be no updates for packages that have not yet cleared customs, so there is no need to worry).

Should any questions arise, you’re also welcome to contact our customer support team to discuss your delivery status further. Monitoring your tracking numbers gives you complete peace of mind knowing exactly where your item is each step of the way. We want to assure you that we are just as eager as you are for your package to arrive promptly. In most cases, packages are delivered within the estimated time frame. However, please understand that in some instances, delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control. We kindly request your patience and understanding during such situations.

Regardless of whether the package is lost during transportation or customs clearance or fails to be successfully delivered to you (very low probability), we will resend you a new package for free. If the package is not successfully delivered to you, you will not suffer any losses and we will be responsible for you throughout the process.We cover and pay for your package 100%!
